I’m Dana, I’m running for Mat-Su Assembly, and I believe Alaska’s best days are ahead.

“Build the Next Alaska—Right Here in District 2”

Palmer and the Mat-Su Valley aren’t just bedroom communities anymore—we’re the future of Alaska’s economy. While Anchorage struggles with crime, congestion, and collapsing infrastructure, we’ve got what businesses want: space, safety, and a workforce ready to build.

It’s time to bring corporate headquarters, logistics hubs, and innovation centers here—and with them, the tax base to fund the services our growing community needs.

This isn’t about left or right—it’s about smart. You want better schools? More public safety? Expanded trails, transit, and emergency services? Then we need to grow our economy, not just our property tax bills.

That’s why I’m proposing a bold new initiative to make District 2 the next corporate capital of Alaska:

- Designated Business Relocation Zones with fast-track permitting and tax incentives

- Modern Office & Mixed-Use Development near Palmer’s core

- Workforce Housing Corridors tied to transit and broadband

- Road & Infrastructure Upgrades to support growth

- A “Move to Mat-Su” Campaign to attract Anchorage-based firms ready for a better future

We can grow without losing who we are. We can fund what works—without raising taxes on working families. And we can build the next Alaska, right here in District 2.
